2. Follow Up
We then follow-up with the prospective client (usually via email or by phone) to confirm the date, place, and time of the event; the size of the event; any special needs for the event and schedule an initial consultation to discuss the event in detail.
We also confirm our availability for the event date.
3. Initial Consultation
If the client wants to move forward, we schedule an initial consultation either by phone, Skype, or in person. During this discussion, the client can provide information on their expectations and needs, and our DJ will clearly provide feedback on the potential scope of our role and what the client can expect.
4. Book With Us
Let us know you're ready to move forward! To secure your wedding date with us will require a signed contract and deposit.
5. Plan With Us
During the planning phase, we are here to help you every step of the way. Use our online portal to begin planning your celebration (choose your music and create a timeline of events). We will meet 2-3 weeks before the event to finalize every single detail of your celebration together. We will go over your music selection, event festivities, and timeline of events.
6. PARTY TIME!
The tough stuff is over. Watch as your vision finally comes to life! Sit back, relax, enjoy your special day, and PARTY!
